Bellies
I met the K family for the first time just a week before their due date. They were scheduled to have baby boy Logan any day and wanted to document their pregnancy and also newborn pictures after he was born. What better than to get my Bellies to Babies package!?
For the maternity shoot we met a beautiful Roxbourgh Park, CO. I have lived south of Denver within 30 mintutes of this park for most of my life and have never been there. Was I missing out!! I was in awe by the stunning beauty of the park. The red rocks, the green rolling hills, the clouds in the sky … it was all perfect. We even got a bonus of getting to see some wildlife. When I first stepped out of my car there was a fox walking by 10 feet away and at the end of the shoot we spotted a bear up on the hill. The day after our session I read in the newspaper that Roxbourgh Park, CO is the only place in CO that has fireflies. I had no idea we have fireflies! (Still planning an evening picnic with the girls so I can witness that wonder!)
